Shppat is a voluntary organization of professionals in the field of Care and Body Art, for the benefit and interest of them and the public mission and objectives, in accordance with its vision. BACPA was established on the basis of law no. 8789, dated 07.05.2001 For the registration of non-profit organizations, as well as on the basis of the Act on the Establishment of the Association of Art and Body Care Professionals.
