These terms govern your use of mims.al. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Using this site
You may read, link to and quote this site for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other people.
What we own
The design, text, code and the MIMS mark on this site belong to MIMS unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pages, or reusing the design or code, needs our written permission.
What our clients own
Project pages describe work delivered for clients. The client names, logos and screenshots on those pages remain the property of those clients, and appear here to identify the work. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them, and their appearance does not imply that they endorse MIMS.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but it is published as-is and without warranty. Project descriptions reflect the work at the time it was delivered; the live sites we link to are controlled by their owners and may have changed or closed since.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to a price or timeline. Those come in writing, for a specific piece of work.
Links to other sites
We link to our clients' websites and occasionally to other resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MIMS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, and the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
