Gruppo Koni is a construction group founded in Milan in 1998 and established in Albania since 2015, working across real-estate development, construction and façade systems in both countries. MIMS designed the site in Figma and built it on WordPress with Elementor, in three languages, with SEO, Google Analytics, a sitemap and hosting.

About the client

Gruppo Koni is a construction group founded in Milan in 1998 and based in Albania since 2015, with offices in Milan and Lezhë. It works in real-estate development, construction and façade systems, with its own developments on the Albanian Riviera and projects such as Book Building, Hotel M-Gallery and the MET Tirana Building.

What they needed

  • A group operating in two countries presented with one identity, in English, Albanian and Italian.
  • A project portfolio that shows the scale of the buildings, from residential to industrial and façade work.
  • A site that reads as well on a phone as on a desktop.
  • Visibility in search and a measure of who visits.

What we built

  • Design of the site in Figma, then the build on WordPress with Elementor.
  • A responsive layout across phone, tablet and desktop.
  • On-page SEO and an XML sitemap for search engines.
  • Google Analytics for visitor measurement.
  • Hosting and setup of the live site.
